These terms apply to digital software license purchases from SoftwaresKart at https://softwareskart.com. Contact Support@softwareskart.com with order questions.
Check product requirements
Before ordering, check the product edition, operating system, device allowance, license duration, activation method, and any region restrictions stated on the product page. Contact support before purchasing if you are unsure whether a product suits your device.
Order information and delivery
Provide accurate order and email details. Follow the delivery information shown for the product purchased. If you cannot locate a delivery email, check your spam folder and contact support with your order number.
Using a license
Follow the software publisher’s license and activation instructions. Use the purchased license only within its stated device allowance and duration. Keep license keys and account passwords private.
Support requests
For help, email Support@softwareskart.com with your order number, product name, and error details. Do not send account passwords or publish full license keys.
Cancellation and refunds
Refund requests must be made before key delivery. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after delivery; faulty, invalid, or incorrectly supplied keys are reviewed by support. Approved refunds are processed within 7–9 business days after approval. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
