Digital software licenses
This policy covers digital software licenses purchased from SoftwaresKart.
Before key delivery
You may request cancellation and a refund before your license key is delivered. Email Support@softwareskart.com promptly with your order number. We will check the delivery status before confirming cancellation.
After key delivery
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once a license key has been delivered. If the supplied key is faulty, invalid, or different from the product ordered, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Activation issues
Send your order number, product name, and exact error message or screenshot to Support@softwareskart.com. Keep your full key private and follow the supplied activation instructions.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–9 business days after approval. Contact Support@softwareskart.com if you need an update.
